Cancellation and Rescheduling
To accommodate flexible schedules, rescheduling is possible until 9:00 PM the day before the lesson with no cancellation fees. However, cancellations, rescheduling, or time changes on the day of the lesson are not permitted. No refunds are available for non-attendance on the scheduled day.
